I love walking in the countryside, swimming in the sea, making the most the where I live & spending quality time with my family out & about, as much as possible.
I love experimenting with my kiln, taking lots of photographs & even the laborious polishing process of silver clay! Most of all,

All my life I've been interested in all things artistic & from a very early age I only ever wanted to be a Graphic Designer.
I studied a Visual Arts Diploma, with A Levels in Art with Art History, Art History & Photography at Weymouth College & completed a BTEC Foundation Studies at Shelley Park, Bournemouth. Here I have fond memories of experimenting with a variety of processes & media, & I guess the love to create just grew from there. In the year 2000, I completed a BA(HONS) in Graphic Design at the fabulous Falmouth College of Art & thoroughly enjoyed my three years in beautiful Cornwall. I had been working as a Graphic Designer since, but felt the need to step away from the computer screen and get back to being hands-on creative again. |
To bring out this creative side, I have been learning the art of glass fusing & jewellery making - which includes fused & slump techniques, semi-precious bead work, silver clay & traditional Silversmithing.
There is so much to learn & it's great when my creations also bring joy to someone else. I want to continue to add to my collection of work & am always open to new projects & commissions. If you don't see a design you like in my shop & have a certain something in mind, I'd love to hear from you. |
